As Sri Lanka celebrated its 60th Independence Day, state banking giant People’s Bank held a special program titled ‘Birth of Freedom’ for the third successful year, where all newborns during the period of February 1-7 were awarded ‘Isuru Udana’ gift certificates to the value of Rs.500 each.
