This loan scheme is implemented with the objective of enhancing the income avenues and livelihood of the poor communities in dry zone areas in the Districts of Anuradhapura, Badulla and Monaragala.

This Loan Scheme is implemented targeting the micro, small, medium scale entrepreneurs who are engaged in income generating activities. Women participation of 80% is expected in granting loans under this scheme.
