Maximum Credit Limit - Maximum loan amount is Rs. 500,000/-.
Repayment Period
Maximum repayment period is 7 years including the grace period not exceeding one year from the date of release of the first loan component, depending on the cash flow and the nature of the project.
Securities
Two personal guarantors for loans upto Rs. 100,000/-. Mortgage over the immovable property for loans above Rs. 100,000/-.
