• The “Anything Anywhere Up to 36 months 0% Installment plan Offer” herein after referred to as the “PBIPP promotion” is valid on purchases (POS / E commerce) made by People’s Bank credit cards only (Excluding Corporate Cards)


• Transactions carried on the promotions period can be converted up to 36-month 0% installment plan.


• Transaction carried out in LKR / Foreign currency can be converted under this scheme.


• Processing fee of will be applicable on each transaction converted under the “PBIPP” promotion.


• Eligible cardholders under the PBIPP promotions shall call 1961 and request for the conversion within 21 days from the transaction date.


• Minimum eligible transaction value is Rs.25,000/- and maximum transaction value that can be converted under the promotion is Rs.1,000,000/-


• The IPP promotion not valid on Cash advance, Fuel, Liquor & Tobacco Products, Casino’s transactions, Gambling Payments, Donations or any transaction that is not for personal usage, (Bulk purchases not allowed) or as deemed not eligible by the bank.


• Capital Payment Transactions are not allowed. (Eg-House Purchases, Vehicle Purchases Etc.)
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, the decision of the Bank shall be final.


• The Bank reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this Promotion and/or features of this Promotion at any time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the Promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.


• General terms and conditions pertaining to Credit Cards of the Bank will continue to apply.


• Customers are not allowed execute transactions in own business premises


• To settle an instalment plan early, customers must pay the total outstanding instalment amount along with the full handling fee charges


• Customers can convert transactions within the Credit Card Limit. However customers can only convert transactions within the Permanent Credit Card Limit.


• People’s Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services purchased during the promotional period.


• The promotion is bound by the terms & conditions of the People’s Bank and the service establishment.
