• The promotion is open to all Credit Cards issued by People’s Bank.(Excluding Corporate Cards)
• Customers can convert transactions within the Credit Card Limit. Customers can only convert transactions within the Permanent Credit Card Limit.
• People’s Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services purchased during the promotional period.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
• The Bank reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this Promotion and/or features of this Promotion at any time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the Promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The promotion is bound by the terms & conditions of the People’s Bank and the service establishment.

• Customer cannot execute transactions in own business premises
• The customers must Convert the Transaction within 30 calendar days from the date of performing the transaction.
• To settle an installment plan early, customers must pay the total outstanding instalment amount along with the full handling fee charges.
• The IPP promotion not valid on Cash advance, Fuel, Liquor & Tobacco Products, Casino’s transactions, Gambling Payments, Donations or any transaction that is not for personal usage, (Bulk purchases not allowed) or as deemed not eligible by the bank.
• Capital Payment Transactions are not allowed. (Eg-House Purchases, Vehicle Purchases Etc.)
